This 1/8 Rei Ayanami School Uniform made from resin. its composed of 11 parts and very well cast in resin. In my initial attempts in painting resin kits, I've used water based acrylic paint from Vallejo, which in the long run doesn't last that much (very expensive too. In the Present, I'm now using Tamiya Acrylics and Enamels Because of its availability here in the Philippines. I've aquired this kit locally for around $50, ain't cheap but still worth it for my Rei Ayanami Collection.

This is one of the kits i bought when i went to Hongkong last 2005. Made of resin casted by Garage kit collections located on Sino Center on Nathan road, Kowloon. It's price, 580$ HK. After acquiring an airbrush last year, I've finally painted and finished the kit. I've used metal rods to hold the pieces together and a brass rod to suspend the kit above the base. as a substitute for the ribbons, I've used the aluminum of the soda cans to add flexibility. Painted it with Tamiya colors and pylox for the pearl white.
